Paulownia Finger-Joint Boards Are Made Of Paulownia Wood
Process
(1) Paulownia logs are cut into boards by sports car band saws, main small band saws, etc.
(2) Paulownia board drying: It is mainly to dry out the moisture in the wood by fumigation.
(3) Board processing: After the boards are dried, they are planed on both sides by double-sided planing or flat planing or pressure planing. Then, the planed boards are cut into strips by multi-blade saws.
(4) Material selection and cutting: The cut wood strips are screened, and the wood strips without missing materials, blue discoloration, oil lines, cracks, and knots are selected and cut into lengths of less than 200-700 mm.
(5) Finger jointing:The prepared wood strips are sparsely toothed and joined into strips with adhesive.
(6) Planing on all four sides: Plane the joined wood strips into neat square strips after four-sided planing.
(7) Boarding: Press the square strips into the required boards through a press.
(8) Planing and sanding: Press and sand the pressed boards into the required thickness.
(9) Repair, sort and pack.
